Taqueria Nueve adds a 5% “Happy Kitchen” charge to each guest check. We believe this is the fairest way to pay our staff a living wage. What this means to you is that if you spend $20, T9 adds a $1 to your check. All of this money goes directly to our kitchen staff and to cover the costs of Health insurance for our full time staff.
