Appetizers

Totopos y Guacamole – house made guacamole topped with pico de gallo served with chips   half $6/ whole $10

Chicharrones – house made, crispy fried pork rinds with Valentina hot sauce    half $5/ whole $8

Caesar Salad – romaine tossed with a garlicky anchovy dressing, topped with cotija cheese and tortilla strips   half $6/ whole $11

Beets – roasted beets with a spicy avocado crema   $7

Crispy Pork Belly – Carlton Farm pork belly, braised then fried, served over verde sauce and topped with chicharrones. Served with tortillas   $13

Served on a house made corn tortilla with fresh onion and cilantro. Taco platters come three (or more) of a kind. They are perfect for sharing.

Cochinita Pibil – achiote seasoned Carlton Farm pork roasted in banana leaves with house pickled red onions

Tinga de Pollo – Bare Farms chicken in a mild red chile sauce & crema  

Pescado – sautéed Alaskan True Cod with chiles, cabbage & crema  

Camarones a la Diabla – wild Mexican shrimp sautéed in a spicy red chili sauce, topped with pickled red onion and avocado sauce  

Vegetal – roasted poblano chile, grilled mushrooms, onions, and seasonal vegetables in cilantro vinaigrette

Enchiladas Verdes – house made tortillas folded into green tomatillo sauce, topped with lettuce, queso fresco, onion, crema   $15

Enmoladas – same as enchiladas but with a rich, mole negro Oaxaqueno sauce   $15

Chile Relleno – A fire roasted Poblano pepper stuffed with cheeses, egg battered and fried. Served with a bright tomato caldillo   $14
